Brian Landry, Spinto Tenor 
Brian Landry is an up and coming young singer on the verge of a career as an operatic tenor. He has an innate ability to express his musical talent in the classical genre, and he also embraces his heritage through his beloved Irish folk music. He delivers these various styles with heart wrenching understanding and sincerity, and conveys a natural passion for them.
Brian received his early professional training as a soloist at Star of the Sea Church in Marblehead, MA, and has been a frequent concert recitalist at several venues throughout Massachusetts. He has also been seen in concert as a guest artist of the Sound and Vision Concert Series sponsored by ACI, and in 2005, Brian was a semi-finalist at Symphony Hall in the annual PopSearch contest sponsored by the Boston Pops. Brian was also seen in Boston in 2005, 2006 and 2007 as a featured performer in the Richard Crittenden Opera Studio’s “Opera Scenes” performances.
In March 2007, Brian graduated from the prestigious Accademia Verdiana in Busseto, Italy, where he was studying voice and operatic interpretation with the great Verdian Maestro Carlo Bergonzi. Brian was again a highlighted performer at the final concert of the Accademia on March 31, 2007 in the Teatro Verdi in Busseto. The event was televised on Italian National Television channel 5 on the program “Loggione”.
