Emma Melik-Stepanian, the dramatic international soprano, born in Yerevan, Armenia currently performs  with Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra, Queretaro Philharmonic Orchestra,  and  Aguascalientes Philharmonic Orchestra.
In 2007 she made her debut with Bellas Artes National Theater and Teatro Colon in Mexico City as both Soer Mathilde and Madame Lidione  in their co-production  of   The Dialogues of the Carmelites .
In 2008 Ms. Stepanian performed the role of Pastuchinya in Jenufa and later that same year she performed Tatiana in Eugene Onegin with Bellas Artes National Theater and Historic center festival of  Mexico City, Mexico.   
September 2009 found the soprano providing audiences with her astounding performance of Beethoven’s  9th symphony as the soprano soloist in a Gala Concert  dedicated to 30 years of the  Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra .
2010 found Ms. Stepanian in Cuauhtemoc Theater as Georgette and then in the same theater as Aida .
Ms. Stepanian recently appeared as Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana in The   National  School of Music and later in Artescenica performing the title role in Aida.
Emma Melik-Stepanian also enjoys performing recitals throughout South America including her most recent concerts with Chapultepec Castle, National Museum of San Carlos, National Center of the Artes, Radio and Television of  UNAM ,  Silestre Revueltas Concert Hall.
The Soprano began her studies in the Conservatory in Yerevan, Armenia and later continued her studies in Mexico at the National School of Music.
Emma Melik-Stepanian proudly comes from a musical family.
